Yes! We offer delivery on all items and services with a delivery fee of $50 plus $2.50 per mile from from our Lakeland, TN location. Our delivery minimum is $350. Bounce House Rentals alone have a flat delivery rate of $50.

For our pre-curated events like luxury picnics or "a la carte" services we recommend booking at least two weeks out. For our full-scale event planning or customized backdrops we recommend a 2-3 month notice; customers who book with less notice may be subject to a rush fee.

We travel anywhere within a 30 mile radius from our Lakeland, TN location.

Yes! All of our services and rentals can be purchased "a la carte" without full service event planning.

Cancellations are available until 1 month prior to your event with the option to reschedule. Your cancellation may be subject to other charges from vendors booked on your behalf. We do not offer refunds in most cases.

It is your responsibility to monitor the weather and ensure you’re comfortable proceeding with your event as planned. In the event of unexpected bad weather, we may not be able to set up and will offer 2 business days to reschedule or book comparable services for a later date.
